This function re-encrypts the volume header using a header encryption key derived from a new password. Where do you use supply clearance cards on outpost? I keep finding all these different cards, then go to use them, and the get burnt up i guess becuase I use them at the wrong place. Only one I know for sure the master key for exfils but the master key didn't work to call in a supply drop. Are there separate supply drop keys?
