By using the modulo operator, bitwise AND operator, bin() function, isEven() function you can easily determine if a number is even or odd in Python. If the given number is odd, return "Odd". If the given number is even, return "Even". For example, for input 4, the output should be "Even". Python doesn't have a builtin odd() function, so you're not going to get more explicit than this unless you write your own, in which case it still doesn't matter which method you use to implement it.
