I'm trying to mock a stream (that I will write to), as within my module I have ".on ('data/end)" listeners that I would like to trigger. Ideally, mocking these would not be necessary. Aside from somehow creating isolated copies for each case (usually very impractical due to cost, additional execution time, etc), the next best option is to mock. You can respond to the intercepted request with a stream of data by constructing a ReadableStream instance and providing it as the body of a mocked response. You can use any kind of Web Stream supported by the Fetch API as a mocked response body, like a TransformStream, for example.
