Maximal Rectangle - Given a rows x cols binary matrix filled with 0's and 1's, find the largest rectangle containing only 1's and return its area. We will try to find top and bottom row numbers. After getting the temporary array, we can apply the Kadane’s Algorithm to get maximum sum sub-array. With it, the total rectangle will be formed.
