We are experiencing a situation where our pipelines, when canceled, do not properly terminate running processes, leading to orphaned processes that continue executing. I know, you can set conditions to jobs, but in my case the whole pipeline is a single job and it does not make sense to split it into multiple jobs, because of other reasons. The task was simply to get the server to allow me to delete the faltering pipeline.
