My guess is that one of the files you've given in the configuration either does not exist or has the wrong type (i.e. switched key and cert) or encoding (PEM is expected, maybe you've used DER). With this in mind, I thought I could simply start httpd (service httpd start) type in the servers, IP address and i'd see the default apache config screen.
