In revenge, T-Bag kills A&W and ends up back in Fox River, where he brutally assaults Jacob, his new cellmate, as the inmates cheer. And after Michael Schoffield used and lied to T Bag over and over again, T Bag still came to Michaels aid after being grateful for introducing his son to him. He is extremely flawed, he should be in prison. T-Bag is freed in the next episode at the urging of Gretchen, and Michael and his team reluctantly accept him as an ally, as T-Bag's access to Gate is valuable to the plan.
