Web Reference: Kevin Scott Macmichael (7 November 1951 – 31 December 2002) [1] was a Canadian guitarist, songwriter and record producer, best known for being a member of the 1980s UK-based pop-rock band, Cutting Crew, who had a number-one hit in 1986 with "(I Just) Died in Your Arms". Kevin flew into Gatwick and began working fulltime with Nick to form Cutting Crew. They worked up new songs and eventually recorded the first album, Broadcast, in studios in England and New York. Jan 8, 2003 · Kevin MacMichael, guitarist and co-founding member of the ’80s band Cutting Crew, died in Halifax at the age of 51.
