Web Reference: Sep 1, 2022 · I'm learning web development for simple applications and I've created one that uses before_first_request decorator. According with the new release notes, the before_first_request is deprecated and will be removed from Flask 2.3: This is called at the beginning of each request, after pushing the request context, before matching the URL. This must return an object which implements a dictionary-like interface as well as the SessionMixin interface. What are you using as a replacement now that `before_first_request` is deprecated? I used it to reconnect to the database when new uWSGI workers would be spawned (as they should not share the same database connection). But now I'm not sure how to accomplish this. Any advice would be appreciated.
